How long until my business profile is approved?
New business profiles are reviewed manually by our team. We get to them as soon as we can. Approval timing depends on review volume and isn't tied to your plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. To upgrade or change your plan, send a request with the Upgrade button on the For Businesses page or through the contact form, and choose the plan you want. Our team changes it for you. There is no online payment yet.
What does 'Featured' placement mean?
Featured businesses appear in the Featured section on the home page with a highlighted badge. Available on the Extended package.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Base and Extended have an annual price that is lower than paying monthly. Mention the billing cycle you want in your upgrade request and we will arrange it with you directly; there is no online checkout yet.
